RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Requests can be placed through website by logging into your account and going to “My Profile” page, you will get the option to Return/Exchange on your Order summary table
If you have guest checked out, kindly scroll down on the website and click on “Request Return” option present on the footer, enter your order details to proceed with the return
- All orders can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
- Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged
- The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
- All items returned go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be informed to you via an email within 1 business day from receiving the return consignment.
Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of return acceptance email confirmation through same mode.
COD Orders are eligible for:
- Store credits against return
- Account refund/UPI/Amazon Pay Wallet (We will be sending out a payment link for the same, you can add your details and avail the refund; same will be sent out after pick up)
